Quick Answers to Common Questions
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days through our fulfillment partners. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your Bum Bumz are on their way. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
We understand the challenge of blind-box collecting! While we can’t guarantee exchanges for duplicates (part of the collecting fun), if you receive a damaged plush or an incorrect item, reach out to us within 14 days and we’ll make it right.

Currently, we primarily serve US customers through our fulfillment network. International availability varies by region—email us with your location and we’ll let you know the best way to get Bum Bumz shipped to you!
We love hearing which characters our collectors are hunting for! While we can’t guarantee specific inventory (especially for limited editions), send us an email and we’ll do our best to point you toward retailers or upcoming releases featuring your wishlist plush.
